Quick Relaxation Technique
Thank you for taking some time to give your body a break and an opportunity to destress.
We are finding it difficult not to be able to provide you with the “hands on” care we are used to.
We are looking at new ways to help support you and help you through these times.
In this short video Roni will guide you through the positional release. Some of you might be familiar with this technique from clinic. In order to decide which side you will be bending/shortening towards, take a minute to think what side of your body typically feels more tight or sore. For example, does one side of your back tend to ache more than the other, is one of your shoulders sitting lower and more forward than the other.
In this demonstration, the positional release is done towards the left side. If your tight side is the right, simply reverse the movements to fit your body needs.
